  • Handle and process legal documents, including notarizing signatures and arranging for appropriate filing.
  • Summarize and order medical, billing, employment, scholastic and radiology records.
  • Prepare page/line deposition summaries, deposition and mediation notebooks.
  • Prepare memos, status reports to the insureds (clients) and also send transmittal letters and other forms of routine correspondence.
  • Contact clients, courts, and businesses to convey messages from attorneys, or to schedule hearings and meetings.
